Regulatory Compliance
This agreement governs the use of the NorthStarClaim claim-recovery software service.
Terms of Service &
API Agreement.
Effective: July 2026
1. TECHNICAL ENTITY & BINDING AGREEMENT
This agreement is entered into by and between NorthStarClaim Infrastructure Group (a claim-recovery software service) and any corporate or institutional entity accessing our claim-recovery software, APIs, or cloud implementation endpoints ("Client"). By activating any digital instance, you agree to these terms.
2. SYSTEM ACCESS & INSTANT AUTOMATED DEPLOYMENT
Our infrastructure operates as an autonomous, high-availability system. Upon automated verification or confirmed payment, our AI operator automatically provisions and delivers the necessary secure API tokens, cloud endpoints, or implementation instances directly to the Client.
3. SUBSCRIPTION TIERS AND AUTOMATED BILLING
NorthStarClaim is compensated on a contingency basis. Clients are bound to the billing terms displayed transparently on our public interface:
- Contingency Recovery: 42.5% of confirmed recovered dollars, with $0 upfront cost.
- Enterprise Infrastructure: Custom Private Offer (Custom Billing).
The contingency fee is assessed only against confirmed recoveries; no fee is charged on claims that do not recover. Enterprise subscriptions under a Private Offer renew per the terms of that offer.
4. DATA LIMITATIONS & USE POLICY
Data provided through our endpoints is strictly for the internal programmatic, institutional, and algorithmic operations of the Client. Redistribution, sub-licensing, or reselling of raw API streams without an explicit secondary distribution rider is prohibited and results in immediate automated token revocation.
5. FINANCIAL RISK & LIABILITY DISCLAIMER
NorthStarClaim provides claim-recovery software. We do not act as regulated financial advisors, brokers, or asset managers. Outputs are produced by automated systems and models and do not constitute direct investment advice. Client assumes responsibility for how outputs are used.
6. GOVERNING JURISDICTION
This agreement and all automated service provisioning are governed by applicable service-level agreements and technical standards. Any disputes shall be settled through binding arbitration under applicable arbitration rules.
